NetGains is a trading name of Harri Digital Ltd (Company No. 17032672), registered in England and Wales. NetGains is a football prediction platform that uses computational models to analyse match data. We are not a gambling operator and are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. We provide informational predictions only.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
  • Self-reported bets: If you choose to log bets you have placed at external bookmakers, we store the bookmaker name, odds, and stake you report.
  • Preferences: Your preferred bookmakers, prediction settings, and notification preferences.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, predictions viewed, and features used.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and personalise the prediction service.
  • To track your self-reported betting performance and P&L if you opt in.
  • To send daily prediction emails (if enabled).
  • To improve our prediction models and service.

4. Third Parties and Affiliate Links

This site contains affiliate links to licensed UK bookmakers including Bet365, Betfred, William Hill, Paddy Power, Coral, Ladbrokes, Sky Bet, and Betway. When you click these links, the bookmaker may set cookies to track the referral. We may earn commission from sign-ups or bets placed through these links at no additional cost to you.

We do not share your personal data with bookmakers. The only data passed is the affiliate tracking identifier in the link URL.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted by Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions use encrypted cookies. We use HTTPS for all connections.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request that Harri Digital Ltd:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised prediction accuracy statistics may be retained for model improvement.
